Some know already, but due to difficulty finding a world dedicated to Sailor Moon OCs, I decided to make one myself. While there's still more I want to do for it, I think it's good enough to have more people join in, as that's probably the best way to figure out what else needs doing!

So if you have any Sailor Moon OCs, come join the Neo Millenium and submit them!

It's a little bare at the moment, but I've set up several threads, and have opened myself up to an art trade to help get the ball rolling, as well a roleplay set in the 30th Century!

I've also set up an RP thread with a premise I have that I have used elsewhere for any who are interested, but of course I'd love to see people start their own RP threads too :)

I really want this world to be a hub for fans of Sailor Moon to share and showoff their OCs, and hopefully make new friends and RP too ^^

I'm still pretty new to Toyhouse, but I think this place has a lot of potential so I am open to suggestions always :)
