By owning a design created by me, user Sailor_Fabulous ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.
Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice. These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of 07 FEBRUARY, 2022.
- The Owner may make minor edits to the design/redesigns.
- The Owner may regift the design.
- The Owner may retrade the design only if the design was obtained via trade and/ or sale.
- If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/ for free, the design cannot be retraded unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.
- Free/Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.
- Personal art does not count as additional value unless you have three or more fully lined/coloured pieces (monochrome/greyscale counts).
- The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.
- The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions) has been added to the character's gallery.
- Free/Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.
- Personal art does not count as additional value unless you have three or more fully lined/coloured pieces (monochrome/greyscale counts).
- The Owner may use the design for personal/non-commercial use.
- The Owner may not use the design for commercial use.
- The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.
- The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.
- The Owner may not make any edits to the original artwork.
- If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to the Designer (Curious-Insanity) must be provided.
- The Designer only claims ownership of the original design concept/ execution. The Designer does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/ or the character/ associated character of the design.
- The Designer acknowledges that once a design is owned by the Owner, the design/ character no longer belongs to the Designer
- The Designer may not "claim back" a design.
- The Designer may offer to trade and/ or buy the design back, to which the Owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.
- No use without permission.

Fab's Commissions
Hello, I've reached a point in my artistic journey where I think I'm good enough to offer my services at a low cost. I am still improving though, so I am only offering limited slots, and only one character at a time. I hope to be able to improve to a point where I can offer more, but for now I hope my prices seem fair and reasonable for my current skill level. I would be truly honoured if you were to commission me.
If you commission me for digital art, you will receive a transparent copy and a copy with a simple background (open to suggestions) via sta.sh or google drive/gmail. If you commission me for traditional art, you will receive a photo of the original piece, and if you like a cut out transparent copy of it plus a version with a simple digital background (open to suggestions). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them in the comments below.

Rules for Sharing Commissioned Pieces
Do not re-post my art on deviantart without asking me first, as I will likely be posting the piece there myself.
You must credit me when sharing any of my art:

Rules Regarding my Adopts
Species rules will be included for individual adopts.
General Adopt Rules
- Credit me for the design as per above.
- Do not change the main design elements without asking (if you do, I retain the right to re-use the old design).
- Changing hairstyle and length is okay, and other small details that wouldn't leave the design unrecogniseable.
- You CANNOT resell a character for more than you bought it for, and CANNOT resell it for real money if it was paid for with an in-app/website currency.
- If you want to re-sell or trade it, please let me know, as I like to keep track of my designs.
- All of my designs are for non-commercial use.
Other Rules
- Do NOT remove my signature.
- Do NOT cut my art out of the background without asking - I will most likely give you a transparent copy anyway.
- I reserve the right to change these rules as required.
- If you want to do something that you are unsure about that isn't covered here PLEASE ask me.
