Nero respects Crimson more than he shows. He likes the fox's honesty and the fact that Crimson appreciates his blunt honesty, which is rare. Though Nero doesn't make friends easily, he trusts Crimson. Nero sees him as genuine, loyal, and unpretentious - qualities he doesn’t find often and takes seriously. He may not express it openly, but he enjoys spending time with Crimson, finding his presence calming. Crimson’s support and respect for Nero’s straightforwardness means a lot to him. He quietly considers Crimson one of the few people worth keeping close.
Also one of the newer friends of the twins that they met during their street races. Unlinke his sister Scarlet, Crimson does very much like and appreciate Nero's bluntness because for him it just confirms that Nero is an honest person. Crimson also very much values loyalty, just like Nero, just another thing they have in common and bonded over.
Nero sees Scarlet as someone he respects in theory but struggles with in practice; her reactions to his bluntness are unpredictable, and he hates unpredictability. Still, he acknowledges her intelligence and her loyalty to Crimson, and that alone earns her a level of quiet respect he doesn’t hand out easily. He notices that she tries to meet him halfway, even when his honesty grates on her nerves, and while he won’t soften himself for her sake, he does appreciate the effort. Scarlet is someone he can coexist with - not a close friend, not an enemy, just someone he’s willing to tolerate. And though he’d never say it aloud, he does value that she hasn’t written him off completely, even on the days when his sarcasm hits harder than intended.
Another newer friend of the twins, although friend might be stretching it since Scarlet is a bit on the fence about Nero. While she can appreciate his honesty, his bluntness also tends to ruffle her feathers every now and again, depending on her mood of the day. Still, since Crimson seems to like Nero and considers him a friend, she does try her best to get along with him.
Ryland never expected to fall for someone the way he fell for Crimson, but the fox slipped into his life with the same reckless spark Ryland lives by, and suddenly everything felt sharper, louder, and more fun. Crimson isn’t just his boyfriend - he’s the someone who can match his speed, push his limits, and dive into chaos without flinching, and Ryland loves him for that. He’s proud of him, protective to the point of stupidity, and addicted to the way Crimson laughs beside him during their late-night rides. And even though Ryland keeps up his loud, cocky exterior, he notices the softer moments - the way Crimson looks at him when he thinks Ryland isn’t paying attention - and it hits him harder than any race ever could. Crimson makes the world feel bigger instead of confining, exciting instead of suffocating, and Ryland would burn the whole damn road behind them before he lets go of the one person who makes the chaos feel like home.
Since the Foxx twins have been troublemakers from a very young age, they eventually ran into Ryland during one of their little adventures and quickly grew to like him since he seemed to be very similar to them personality-wise. And sure enough, they quickly became friends. Though for Crimson the feelings of friendship eventually grew into more until he couldn't keep his crush a secret anymore. Thankfully, Ryland seemed to feel the same, so they have been a couple for a while. Since neither of them is the type to sit still, they spend a lot of time getting into trouble together or just riding their bikes and going on little adventures. And while Crimson usually likes to keep up the flirty mischievous appearance, you can sometime just catch him stare at Ryland dreamily when his boyfriend is not looking.
Ryland has a real soft spot for Scarlet, even if he’d never say it out loud; she’s someone who can drag him and Crimson out of whatever disaster they’ve thrown themselves into without making him feel too judged or caged. He respects her more than he lets on - not just because she’s sharp enough to keep up with their chaos, but because she’s steady in a way he secretly admires. He knows she cares about Crimson, and the fact that she supports their relationship means more to him than he’ll ever admit. Around her, he’s a little less obnoxious, a little more grounded, because he genuinely wants her to see him as someone worthy of her brother.

They bonded over their love for bikes and probably also because Caspian reminded Crimson a bit of his sister with his protective side and taking care of Kabane. And Crimson is always eager to try to find people that Scarlet can bond with.
