General Rules.
By purchasing my characters or commissioning me, you accept my TOS, regardless whether you have or haven't read them, unless we have discussed exceptions.
Do not trace my characters or use my base without my explicit, written permission.
This is obvious, but do not copy the design 1 for 1, screencap the design, or otherwise steal a design you have not bought.
Claims and Holds.
Serious buyers only!
Repeated flake-outs, going without a follow-up, etc. will result in repercussions, even blocking.
Send Payment/Character Trade within 48 hours, or else character will be listed for sale again.
Holds can be extended to 1 week upon request.
Art payments/custom design trades can be held for up to 1 month.
Sale and Resale Rules.
Payment up front required.
Do not cancel/chargeback purchases, or else I will ban and blacklist you.
Do not remove credit for the design, or else I will ban and blacklist you.
Do not beg me for free characters, or else I will ban and blacklist you.
You may resell my designs, but please do not sell them for more than you purchased them for, unless you have added value (for example, making more art for them, writing stories for them, etc).
You may only sell designs purchased through Art Trade if there is additional value added.
Do not sell or trade any design received for free. You may, however, gift it!
Redesign Rules.
You may change, redesign, or add elements to the character, but must credit me for the original design as the creator.
You can also rename the character of course!
You may also edit the original drawing, as long as you credit me for the original piece.
If you bought a sketch from me, you may color it/otherwise finish the piece, but do credit me for the sketch!
If you edit the artwork/character bio/character name to feature hate speech, hate symbols, or any other message of violence and cruelty, I will ban you.
Use Rules.
Any design defaults to Personal Use Only.
If you would like to use my art Commercially, please discuss with me! We will negotiate a small fee.
I keep all rights to the artwork itself, and may use it for future examples, prints or any other means etc.
