are people who are 13 allowed to interact with you? Thats the legal age to be on the site (as for most sites). It says 13 or younger shouldnt be on here on your profile, but 13 year olds are old enough to legally be on the site (this isnt about me btw, i am older than 13 by some years, i was just confused)
