The interlopers are world hoppers; The overseers from G'ahlem can also interlope and even interviene with these guys however they cheat as the are "god" status in that relm. The Characters in this folder are characters that are not affiliated wth G'ahlem but can travel to relms beyond normal mortal limits.
What they are
