Ryusei, Born apart of the Siren dragon clan with royal blood is a mixed bag of too much. Not his fault as fate wanted him to be this way. His mother, Serenity , is the last of the siren dragons ( Dragons whoms song can influence actions upon those who hear it) Happened to loose her close assistant/partner over time. Inkubi and her where a thing before he vanished but not fully. As she was reovered she found a vampire named Akihiko whom was a prince of the night and they dated for a small while during that time ryusei was born with mixed genetics of both the males as well as some influance from a solar cosmic entity. Ryusei is a vampire incubus dragon of the cosmos, he did not recive chaos until he became of the status of "dark"

When Ryu was of age to leave the nest he ventured forth to find a realm who needed him and where he could sell fortunes of the stars to others making not only profit but to hone his powers of fortelling fates design, developing his crown of eyes later down the road. Eventually his mother followed in suit due to her attachment to her son even though she had a duaghter with her current boyfriend. This was later found that her attachment to Ryusei was based upon the soul of Inkubi residing in Ryusei's starheart protecting him from the darngers. Upon Ryusei's relization and medition he forgoed his body and astral projected his soul to the stars becoming what he truly was. With his skills he wove the corpse he left behind into Inkubi allowing the soul to posses the body giving his mother what she wanted overall, her love. He then found his love in the stars, Saiyuki.

~ Ryusei in general is a shy dragon, he likes to peep over things like edges. Obosessed with asymmetrical clothing designs, fortuntelling and stars. He likes to wear funny hats at time or masks to pop out of nowhere and get peoples honest reactions. He finds people have so many webs woven in their personalities that the core of thier emotions can get buried. ~

~ He will take action when he needs, but he likes to refer to fortuntelling to make his decisions. He loves guiding fates into the best end no matter what. not much annoys him but one thing that will piss him off is if people hold his horns like a bike. It hurts too much for others to touch them as they leak out atherical stars. He also fidgets with things when in big crowds as it makes him nervous and he will not talk much with even friends untill they break though his shy spells causing him to talk so passionatly about various subjects especially tarot. ~
