A lot of characters need an outfit change but for simplicity's sake, I'm not throwing them in "Mods needed". That folder is for design changes, not just wardrobe adjustments.
Anyone in the following:
-Bane of Arrogance
-Shadow of Enlightment
-Dying Breath: Administrators
-Dying Breath: Apocalypse Co.
That do not have a drawing of them in uniform needs one.
It's "Shadow of Enlightenment" but the character allotment for folders doesn't allow for the full name so
