DERYNDAWN'S TERMS OF SERVICE
BY PURCHASING MY DESIGN, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE. Failure to follow these terms when purchasing a design from me will result in a warning, which will escalate to a block/blacklist if the rules are broken repeatedly.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding my Terms of Service. You are welcome to leave inquiries in the comment box below or, if you'd like, feel free to send me a private message.
GENERAL TERMS
- I don't accept returns or offer refunds for finished purchased designs.
- You do not have to credit me on every post of the design. I only require credit if someone inquires about the designer.
- Please do not delete my designs.
- It is critical for me to know that my Terms of Service are being followed. It's okay to keep the design hidden if you are uncomfortable keeping it public, but please notify me.
OFERING / BIDDING
- Make sure to certify your purchase when bidding/offering on designs.
- Backing down is not acceptable unless an emergency exists. However, more than 2-3 times, you risk being blacklisted or having your purchases suspended.
- In the event that you are uncomfortable bidding, you are welcome to contact me directly for a private bid.
Co - owned
- You are allowed to co-owned my designs as long as there is only one character profile, no multiples.
- I am not responsible for disagreements or disputes between you and the other person concerning this if there are any problems.
TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP
- If you plan to resold or retrad my design, please inform me beforehand about the transaction, so that I may approve the trade.
- To ensure blacklisted users, who are unaware they're blacklisted cannot obtain my designs.
- Please don't sell or trade the character in less than a month
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
- Do not make NFTs or AI from my artwork/designs
- You may not claim to be the creator of the design and You may not claim my art as your own.
- You may use the artwork/design for their private use only and cannot use the artwork/design for profit in any way unless the agreement for commercial use is made.
REDESIGNS / EDITS
- Turning the design into a closed/open species character is not allowed.
- You may redesign the clothes, color pallet, traits and even the species GO WILD!
- You may create alternative forms for the character. (different species or creatures, humanized, CS, etc.) But, the original character must always be linked to the new one and vice versa.
- You can commission a redesign by another artist.
- You are allowed to edit/draw over my original artwork but not too much, with proper credit toward me for the original art and you for the edits.
- Please keep the original files and provide those to the new owner if the design is sold/traded/gifted. I cannot guarantee to have the original file if it is lost.
SELLING, TRADING, GIFTING
- My designs can be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
- Designs should not be sold for more than the original amount they were bought for unless they have additional commissioned art to increase their value! (Personal and gift art does NOT increase its value.)
- Traded/Free/Gifted Designs Cannot be Resold! They can only be Traded, Swapped, or Gifted back. Unless you've spent money on them. Then you may only resale them on the value you've spent on.
Paymant
- Payment via Paypal invoice, Buy me a coffe in usd.
- You have 72 hours to complete the payment.
- For prices greater than $150 USD, payment plans are available.
