After Viviana, Shafira pulls Alec to meet Rosanna. Alec could practically see the confidence and lack of care radiating off of her. It reminded him of a certain someone(Tom)... but he by far much preferred her company over him.
He finds it oddly easy to connect with her seeing as she too just wants to make sure their friends are safe and choosing the right thing.
"Wait... What? Shafira's had a TWIN this WHOLE TIME?!"
Viviana found it an alarming shock when Shafira came home with Alec in tow. Naturally, she felt the need to question his person as she believed there was some reason Shafira kept him a secret all these years.
To her relief, he wasn't a criminal. Just a man who was taken from her. She pitied that. So, she welcomed him in with open arms.
"I'm glad someone like yourself decided my sister was everything."
When Alec's free from Teal, Shafira introduces him to Viviana first. From first impressions, he could already tell what sort of person she was. Not to mention her interrogating, he felt this odd sense of trust.
He's grateful for everything she's done for himself and his sister and always aims to repay it forward to her.
"Uncle, do you think I'll grow up to be like you?"
The Prince quickly grew fond of his uncle. When all love and faith washed away from his father, he instead put the time into his uncle as he made his own stance and protected him countless times from the Emperor of Greed.
He looked up to him as a new role model, wanting his strength and power considering the Emperor of Ash normally fought without it.
"Son, no matter what he tells you, ignore it."
The moment he was born, the Emperor was thrilled to be an uncle, which was uncharacteristic for him. Nevertheless, he made his time free just to spend time with him when he'd visit.
When the war broke out, the Emperor was immediately on their side, protecting the Prince a few times when his sister couldn't. He made sure to keep him safe.
"I was hoping to be met with magnificence... not a powerless runt."
Greed had been an excited father. Loving his son, giving him the attention he had deserved and such. But when it grew closer to the age where he was expected to gain his magic... Greed had flipped a switch at the lack of none.
Bitterly, he blames the Prince for the divorce of he and the Empress of the Burning Sun, only fuelling his hatred towards his own son.
"Is there really... no way?"
He too had loved his father when he was younger. He had believed in a happy world where they'd stay one strong family. But when proved he had no powers, his father simply shunned him just like that.
Towards his father, he was happy he was the reason to his mother's and father's divorced. He loved her far more than he did him.
"In another world, I still see us drinking and celebrating after another victory..."
Ex-Brother in Laws. They were pretty close, almost always communicating ways in regards to how to rule and such.
He treated The Emperor of Ashes like a genuine brother, seeing he had no other siblings and he respected him greatly.
Then his son was born, and their relationship tanked as he favoured power over his own son.
"I thought you were excited to be a family man? What the fuck is this?"
Ex-Brother in Laws. They were pretty close, almost always communicating ways in regards to how to rule and such.
Though, he did have his suspicions towards the Emperor of Greed. Believing he was just to eager to go into war with other clans or be combatant when in a meeting with other clans. Despite that, he chose to let it slide since it's his sister's husband.
When their son is born? Of course he chooses his nephew's side.
"Best friend my ASS. This woman's almost always against me."
She's known 'Crimson' for about 10 years, only actually talking and becoming closer friends in year 9.
'Lavender' and 'Crimson' are like two peas in a pod once they find each other's interests. 'Lavender' found 'Crimson's creativity to be an eye-opener. Thinking, how could a human possibly do that? So, through her, she learns the ways of art.
'Lavender' often goes to 'Crimson' for the same reasons as 'Sapphire' and 'Lemon.' To get a smart, witty come back and just her opinions as 'Crimson' was often the observer.
"She's just playing victim, don't listen to her. She's this evil mastermind--"
She's known 'Lavender' for about 10 years, getting introduced to her through Milla.
When Milla starts to hang more with Valentina and her friends, 'Crismon' slowly finds herself gravitating towards 'Lavender.'
In regards to a few troubling friends, she always finds 'Lavender' to get a fresh point of view and decide what to do in order to correct them. These two very much become the parental/responsible figures.
"You are my son. I wish only for you to live a great life; one that is filled with love."
The moment he was born, the Empress gave him the most affection. While busy ruling other clans, she makes sure to clear her schedule and/or reserve days off to spend the day with him. When war breaks loose, she does nothing but protect him. When she awakens in the modern era, she only wishes to find her son again and wish him safety.
"Mother, I am lost. Where have you gone?"
The moment he had a subconscious, he immediately focused all his time, energy and affection towards his mother. Considering she seemed to be the most present in his life. Though, shortly he grew to understand why his father was avoiding him.
When war breaks loose, he immediately blames himself for the war and the wreckage of his parent's marriage.
"I wish it was this timeline where you'd just accept your one and only son."
Before the war, the Empress loved him, truly. To her, he was her world. They were the rulers who controlled other clans with equal balance. Then the prince was born and all hell broke lose. She despises the man, and hopes to end this war in the current era.
"I did love you. I did... But how could I continue on when our son is powerless?"
Before the war, the Emperor only did what he could to make his wife happy. He is a devoted man, and he cherished her so. She was the one to say how excited he was to have a family and such, but when his son was born, his true colours start to show. Now, he despises the Empress for wanting to keep their child and for laying down her own life to try to protect him.
"Truly, I don't understand how it is you managed to trick your wife into marrying a fool like yourself."
The Emperor of Dying Ashes is her brother. She is the younger sibling out of the two, and she acts just as a younger sibling would when neither of them are in 'royal mode.' She's an instigator and she'll annoy the crap out of him always.
"Please ignore her, she is my younger sister. You know how siblings are."
The Empress of the Burning Sun is his sister. He is the older sibling out of the two, and he adores her, he really does, but she sure can push his limits. Despite the annoyance he has to her--in a sibling way--he will come to her aid when she calls.
"I... I thought we were friends!?"
First internet friends, to suddenly irl friends... then sworn enemies. Shafira became friends with the woman through a fashion blog. Since then, they were inseparable.
But when she 'moves to Stardum,' everything changes.
"Oh, Shafira... I really did love you."
Britt truly does enjoy Shafira's person. She finds her to be a joy every time they'd call, so when she moves to Stardum, she's excited to finally meet her in person.
However, when she sees Shafira's become friends with her crush, all hell breaks loose and she loses the mask.
"HDSFK--GET AWAY FROM ME."
Oh but a simple girl who suddenly had a visit from... another deity?
"MY BAAABYYYYYYYY."
Reincarnated into her world, she immediately knew who to go :3
She loves Shafira dearly.
