✦By commissioning me you agree that you have read my Terms of Service and agree to adhere to the terms in it's entirety.✦

As an artist, I always have the right to refuse ANY commission- though highly unlikely.
I do NOT do refunds; please be sure when commissioning or purchasing adopts from me.
I can be a little bit of a slow worker at times, or a little forgetful, so it is Highly encouraged for you to ask for updates if it seems I have taken too long!
I AM NOT ACCOUNTABLE for if you are unable to find my info after a commission or adopt payment. It is Your responsibility as the customer to keep track of your own purchases. Lack of communication will not count to the accepted refund time.
USD Payments are accepted through Paypal or Cashapp.
You may NOT set my artwork up for redistribution, sell it as NFTs or use it for AI training or anything related to it.

Commissions T.O.S.

- There may be additional costs on complexities such as; complex markings(tiger stripes), extra wings/limbs, or complex species.
- I do Not do complex 'mech' characters or heavily detailed mech/armor. If your character has this and I have accepted a commission with it included, it will most likely be simplified.
- My turnover time will almost never reach past 3 months (UNLESS there is an active List of other commissions!).
- You can ask about deadlines.
- Commission refunds may be available after 2 months have passed With No Updates, UNLESS I have an active list of other commissions. Again, I am Not accountable if you are unable to find my info after a commission or adopt payment. It is Your responsibility as the customer to keep track of your own purchases. Lack of communication/requests for updates on your end will not count to the accepted refund time.
- The payment is for a digital good in the form of a digital image that is custom made according to the customers order. No physical item will be received by/shipped to the buyer.
- My art is always changing and evolving, some finished pieces may not always look like the examples provided
- If a reference provided is Shaded, Traditional or a 3D model, there may be some discrepancies with the color palettes.
- Character references must work with what you are commissioning me of. I will not work on a fullbody commission if you only provide a headshot of the character.

NSFW Commissions T.O.S.
- There will always be an additional fee to NSFW pieces if I am accepting them in a current commission.
- ALL commissioners for NSFW art MUST be over 18+. If I have any reason to doubt this I may ask for ID proof.
- I will draw 'monster' characters but I will not draw outright feral animals. Your character Must have an anthro reference, as I will not work off of a feral reference sheet.
- I will draw most 'fetish' art but I have the right to refuse certain requests if I am not comfortable with it.
Fetishes such as incest, cub, and scat will be Immediately refused.

Adopts T.O.S.
- You may not sell the character for more than what it was initially purchased for Unless it comes with new art pieces. PLEASE be mindful with the amount you will change with the additional art pieces [if you paid $50 for a design and gotten an artwork valued as $25, do not sell the design for $100, for example]
- Do NOT 'redesign' my adopt with the sole intent of reselling it for more than its initial purchase. This does not count to the 'new' art pieces.
- If the adopt is fully drawn by me and not on a base, you may modify the reference I make as long as you keep the original reference sheet in the gallery and do not delete it
- Once you have purchased an adopt and payment is sent, the adopt is Yours and you are now the Owner of the character. 'separate' or 'transparent' files being sent do Not put this on hold.
- You may make edits to the character after purchase.
- All sales are final. I do Not do refunds of purchased adopts.
- Unless I am allowing payment plans or it is stated in a post otherwise, I do NOT do holds. If payment has not been sent within 24 hours after your intent to purchase a character, the character will be 'reopened' or passed to the next person of interest.
- Character MUST be recognizable to the original design after any edits/design tweaking.

Payment Plan T.O.S.
- I will ONLY accept payment plans on adopts $75 and up. There Must be a 'down payment' up front, and the price of this may vary depending on the adopts full price. I will usually ask for $50 up front, but this may be discussed.
- Buyer is given 4 weeks to complete the payment. This can be extended to 2 months if requested However, a portion of the payment is Required at 4 weeks in.
- If anything comes up when paying for a design on a payment plan, come to me and we can talk about what to do for the rest of the missing payment if you are not able to pay it
- If you decide later on in the payment plan that you wish to back out, there will be a fee of $40 and you will be put on a 'soft' blacklist from my adopts, meaning I will no longer accept payment plans from you but you will be allowed to purchase my adopts upfront. Any payment that was sent outside of the fee will be refunded, but the refund may take a while to be given.
+ Art is my main source of income and the fee is for the time lost from myself, and other potential buyers.
