Shatterverse
The Shattered Clusterverse (or Shatterverse) is a group of universes that share the 4 planes (Material, Cognitive, Spiritual, and Magic). All worlds have planes. It is birthed after the Shattering - an event in which the Shattered One died and broke into pieces that formed the many planets that follow the same law through and through.
There are those who can travel between planets within the Shatterverse - the Worldfarers. They're rather mysterious people who are aware of the existence of other worlds outside their own.
