The Great Milenko

The self-proclaimed Great Milenko, fresh out of Hell and equipped with a handful of powerful abilities, aims to wipe out of the scum of the Earth through a killing machine known as the Dark Carnival. In order to get this machine up and running at full efficiency, he'll need the nastiest and most barbaric criminals he can find to fuel it.
