anyways!! would anyone be interested in a futuristic dragon world? there probably wouldn't be much roleplaying (at least on my part), but i'd love to write and/or draw your dragon folk!! the only requirements for adding a character would be that they have a specific element (water, air, light, etc, i'll decide on some more concrete ones later) and they have horns and a tail (and wings too, although normally wings only come out sometimes, when the person makes them).

the city itself is plagued with almost endless rain, so a lot of places are flooded. i was ideating on discord, here's the result of that:

the character IC is an example of the characters i'd want the world to be full of, although i haven't totally completed her ref as of posting this. suggestions and ideas would be be appreciated!! if you want to be added to a pinglist for if/when i open up the world, please lmk!! this might end up just being a personal project, but if anyone else would like to be included i'd love to have you :D

for a rundown though, i need help with prices! i'd be accepting dA points or gift cards because i don't have a paypal, and there are three "categories" of things i'd be offering.

a "painty sketch," like these, takes up to 30 minutes to complete.

a scene, like these, take 1-2 hours. 

and/or a custom design, like these, the time varies depending on the style of drawing i use and how complex the design is, but usually takes 30 minutes (no lines, simple design) to an hour (lines and/or complex details/props)

and that's it. any thoughts? any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!

i really want to make and design some characters but my brain is being an uncooperative raisin and i can't think f anything on my own.... so, if you would, suggest things like aesthetic, occupations, moodboards, and stuff like that for me to borrow? please and thank you ^^/

to anyone passing by: do you have any groups of characters? like... a party of adventurers who all exist in a certain universe? do characters from different stories somehow tie together? tell me about your stories and oc's, i need some motivation!

(like as an example: my space crew traverses the same universe as the SDF, but they never stop and visit the planet that the SDF is at! and Larimar from a different group has ties to the Sky Islands, which is a totally different place! stuff like that)

that's all i have to say, i stole the picture from the wiki and missed her event because spending money on a gacha game sounds like a recipe for disaster

music, shows/anime, artists, video games (preferably ps4 ones bc that's what i mainly use), whatever. and in return i will suggest something similar! like, if you send a song i will too. such is the way of the merchant, now show me your wares!

it's almost that time of year!! i'm super excited haha!! it's my first time actually participating in the inktober festivities, so wish me luck!! (also i'll probably do it digitally because it's easier plus my pens are dying please don't hurt me D:)

so while i want to use the prompts to work on my own stuff (mostly food fantasy fanart to make up for missing all the best events with the best food souls like baguette and also baguette), i also want to do a sort of design challenge, where i make 31 adopts based on this years prompts! i feel like that would be pretty fun. of course, since i have no time for anything, these would probably not follow the schedule exactly (i might release 5 on the last day of september then all the rest on oct 31, stuff like that), but i'd still do my best to complete a design for each prompt! i'm asking though, would any of the 10 or so people who might see this be interested in this sorta thing? if so, which prompts would you most look forward to, and do you have any design ideas i could blatantly rip off?

I would make this a private thing, but I want people to know that I'm working on their stuff, and just in case I forgot something (in which case alert me and I'll add it to this list!). So far I have:

• draw everyone here (take it at a slow pace though, this is like least priority right now)
• finish and reopen the free customs thread (higher priority, reopened now!)
• work on the free literatures! (these are also low priority, this and the first thing are just a way to wind down/practice stuff)
• some low effort custom trades, probably the highest priority so i don't have to keep people who are putting work into their half waiting (done until further notice)
