The Main Rule For everything: DO NOT put anything I make on Amino. If I find out that my work was posted on Amino, even if you own it, you will be blacklisted.

Commission ToS:
- You will pay immediately.
- I will send you a progress shot after the sketch and flat color stages are done, you may ask for more if you wish.
- No refunds. Please do not commission me if you feel you need the money/points for something more important. If I happen to not be able to finish the commission for some reason, then I will refund you money/points.
- I will try my best to get the commission down within the week. I will let you know if I have to go over.

Adopt ToS:
- You can resell them. But please wait at least a month before you do. They may not be sold for more than you bought them, unless they have more art.
- Always credit me, EclipseX here and on Discord, EclipsedSol on DA (As well as the base makers for those made on bases). So do not claim you made the design.  
- Do not use these characters for any hate actions. NSFW is fine as long as your are over 18 (I have to just trust your word).
- You can change the design however you want. You paid for it, so I can’t stop you.
- Please do not private the designs I make, or authorize me so I can see them.

Please don't ghost me, especially when I'm waiting for payment. If you no longer want the adopt, please just tell me. I will not punish you for wanting to back out. But if you say nothing before the end of the 15 days, and continue to not say anything or even acknowledge that you ran out of time, you will be blacklisted for a month.

Base ToS/notes:
- Do not remove my signature, though you can move it.  
- You are able to use them for adopts.
- You can edit accessories and other small edits.
- Please no inappropriate edits. This includes offensive and harmful things.
- Credit my ToyHouse, EclipseX.
