How do you sort characters, i have tried everything but it isn't working DX

click your icon, and click folders under the dropdown ! a new page opens, and you can create folders from there. then, during character creation, you can assign a character to a folder.

Well i got that far but it won't let me put my characters into the folders. can't drag and drop, can't assign them each manually, and i just don't know

you have to go back and edit the characters, if that's what you haven't been doing <<
