Synopsis: Long ago, there was magic in the gijinka world - not just the cheap shadow of it, known as evimancy, which exists today. With that magic, gijinka were able to form Pacts which bound them to another person and strengthened their powers exponentially - but made them nearly useless when separated. Yet, magic in the gijinka's world was dying. Unsure of the reason, Hoenn's leaders ordered a pilgrimage; a group of gijinka were chosen to embark on a journey across Hoenn, completing trials of combat and devotion to their gods, to appeal to the divine and stop the extinction of magic before it happens.
