Do not contact me asking to purchase characters, the answer will be no or you will get no answer at all. Characters, unless explicitly tagged as [FOR SALE], [FOR TRADE] etc. are not for sale or trade, regardless of if their name contains a price figure or says "Trade/Sale". If a character is, for example, named [$4] or [Trade - Art], it just means I have not changed it from when the character was purchased from another user. 

Do not use my characters without permission. If you want to draw gift art that's 100% okay (and totally welcome!) as long as it is appropriate - all I ask is that you please refrain from drawing anything sexual, gorey, drug-involved, etc. unless the character's profile says it's okay! Pokemon-type characters are okay to be drawn with other Pokemon-type characters, whether it's battling, a random encounter, playing, or really anything else (as long as it adheres to my few rules above).
