These are my TERMS OF SERVICE ::

FOR ADOPTS ::

-Bidding ends with the last bid made in 48/24 hours.

-paypal most of the time.

-sometimes indefinite deadlines. Will mention.

-You can resell after a month, but at no cost higher than the original which I've sold it to you for, unless you've included some extra art.

-Inform the original artist/designer when you are reselling!

-It can be printed, used as a profile picture or oc in a toyhouse.

-The adopt shall not be used for commercial purposes to promote. Must consult me first to discuss it. (Advertisements, selling prints, selling merch)

(You are not allowed to make unrightful profit off the design or art)

- If you would like to profit off of some art by producing merch or advertising yourself, you must discuss it with me, the artist/designer prior. You may have to share the profit or pay more than the original price.

-It shall not be traced over, resold at a higher price nor taken without consent.

-Credit the artist and design whenever the picture is used.

-You may redraw it, slightly redesign it but not till the point it becomes unrecognisable

-Backing out twice results in getting blacklisted!

-You can only bid money that you HAVE. If you really want the design, you can discuss it with the artist.

- Holds will only extend for a week max. Desperation-> further discussion with the artist.

FOR COMMISSIONS

(Some of these may also apply to adopts so read just in case.)

USAGE ::

• You can do whatever you wish with the commissioned piece-- print it, post it, use it as a profile pic, etc. as long as you credit me, the artist.

• It shall not be used for any commercial

purpose or multiple reselling.

TIMEFRAME ::

• Commissions are likely to be finished within a week. 

• More if it's a difficult one or if there is something going on irl for me. I will notify you if anything's up.

CANCELLATION AND PROGRESS ::

• I shall send you a sketch of the commission within the same day you commission me.

• Payment must be made full upfront as soon as sketch is finalised.

• If I fail to provide a a sketch within two days since notifying you I will notify as I may be working on other's comms before yours.)

• Once I've drawn the sketch, you can no longer cancel, refund nor change the commission type.

• I reserve the right to decline any request or service.

* I will only allow changes

twice.

* Some prices are negotiable.

* Sketches are flat colored.

* I retain the rights to the artwork.
