Re-Peter

Synopsis: Doppelganger story inexplicably set in a carnival freakshow setting in fucking 2016 (???) but also the doppelganger and its host, Peter, have an unusual relationship. Typically, a doppelganger will kill and replace it's host, but this one is young, and took pity on Peter, as the two saw a lot of themselves in each other, and are the same age. They ran away from Peter's abusive home together, joined the circus, and now insist that they are identical twins. (This fools absolutely no one because Re-Peter, the doppelganger, does not register as human even a little, but no one cares and they are politely not saying anything, as to not upset the teens.)
