The March 2003 "Sleeping Head" Incident

Statement begins

In March 2003, a  detective team was sent to investigate unexplained paranormal activity  reported by the [redacted] production team. This resulted in the  uncovering of an ancient celtic burial ground, with a preserved human  head embedded in the centre. Two days after the visit, 3 members of the  detective team died for unexplained reasons, which were reported to  coroners as resulting from SARS. Filming on the set continued after the  incident, leading to the mythical "[redacted] Curse".
