Figured I'd make a bulletin on this acc for an update where I'm at art-wise! I apologize for the lack of activity here, but I'm absolutely hoping to be much more active starting 2024!
After AGES of putting up with excruciating thumb pain that's gotten especially unbearable as of this year, I finally had trigger thumb surgery on 9/27!! After testing the waters with linework a little bit, I THINK I should be good to continue working pretty soon (albeit, gently and a little bit at a time)! :D I'm so excited!! I'll try to do a little bit each day, but even with my recovering incision I feel SO much better drawing in general and it's crazy... Everything I've been unable to work on due to the worsening pain feels like a realistic goal now, I'm so PUMPED to work on everything again! (I hope I'm not getting too ahead of myself here and it stays like this after complete recovery OTL) I'll be making some changes to my work flow here as I work around recovery and doodling to the best of my ability! I'll try to work at finishing some of my unfinished adopt concepts next year, and /try/ to release maybe 1 adopt for halloween granted I finally clear my to-do and get bonuses done for patience first! TY for checking this update, I really hope I'm going to be able to get back into the groove of adopts and comms with pain out of the way! 💕💕💕
