-I have the right to deny a commission for any reason

-I will only start with the commission once payment is received

-Please have sufficient references that I can use

-My artwork is for non-commercial/personal use only

-Cropped WIP images will be posted on my social media (twitter, tumblr, etc.)

-The completed commission will be posted to my social media

-If posted on social media by the client, please properly credit me either with my @ on whatever social media you post onto or a link to one of my social media

-Removal of the original signatures on the finished product is prohibited

-None of my artwork can be used for NFTs, AI training, cryptocurrency or any blockchain currency

-The majority of changes/major changes will be done during the sketching phase. If major changes are to be made past the lineart phase then a maximum of 5 changes can be made before a fee gets charged

To discuss the progress of the commission/provide feedback we can keep in contact via social media or Discord DMs, whichever is most convenient for myself and the buyer

Refunds:

-You are eligible for a full refund if you have paid and I haven't started/take too long to start the commission

-If a refund is requested while the art piece is being worked on then a portion of the full price will be refunded depending on how much progress was made:

(eg. only sketch=50%, during colour=30%)

Any progress made on a refunded piece cannot be posted by the client
