Payment:

- I take Deviantart points, art, customs, or designs.

- Please don't offer something if it isn't listed on the og adopt!

- Point payment is to be completed within 48 hours of me accepting your offer. However, if for some reason you can't pay at the moment (No internet for a few days, irl emergencies arrive, ect ect) I will be willing to extend this. If you can't pay after the 48 hours and haven't given me a reason why, the offer will be rejected and you'll have less of a chance of getting a design in the future.

- I'm willing to wait up to a month for customs or art. Please keep me notified with progess, so I dont worry! I can also extend if emergencies come up.

Designs:

- Unless purchased or traded, all designs by me have a base price of $0.00 USD!

- Designs that have been purchased may not be sold for a price larger than the og purchase. However, the worth raises when commissioned art is added! <3

- Traded designs are equal to the price of the designs I got in return. (Ect, if I trade my design with yours that was worth $15, my design is now worth $15 as well.) The worth also changes when commissioned art is added on.

- When commissioning a design, I need details! I won't accept just a palette or a mood board. What I need is pattern details, either a description or an image of colors, species, and the sorts. Let me know if you'd like to use my pre-made format for ordering a design! :D

- Selling/trading my designs to blacklisted users results in a block + you being added to said blacklist.

- I will not draw NSFW, sorry ^^"

- Gifted art has a worth of $0.00

Commissions + Copyright:

- Commissions can take up to three months! I struggle with motivation and medical issues, so some art may take time. Please be patient with me and keep this in mind!

- I will not accept comms from problematic users

- If you pester me daily about a commission, I will refund you and refuse to do another comm. Sorry, but it stresses me out ^^"

- Requests will never be accepted! I'll likely just end up disliking you if you ask for free stuff ADFJASD

- Major changes will have an additional fee.

- Any pieces of art/designs have the chance of being posted elsewhere by myself. However, the message will clearly state who the character featured belongs to! ^^ 

- When you're blacklisted, you get to keep previous designs of mine that were given after 2 weeks. However, if they're new designs that have been traded/gifted, I will message you about refunding the design given or revoking ownership. Sold designs won't get this treatment.

- I expect the same treatment as the rule above ^^" If you ask for me to give back a design for free after its been purchased, I'll politely decline and offer to give you a different design to make up for it. (Same goes for traded ocs, I'd like a tradeback if you wish to reown the oc.)

- Do not alter my art without my consent! This includes, but is not limited to, editing the colors/saturation, adding markings, taking markings away, drawing on features, or any other changes.

-egg yolk#4718:Underaged and lied about it for months (luckly banned now), was heavily affiliated with Lark and targetted me and friends along with them Update: lark and egg played a gross prank on me where they sent me a Dm stating that egg died just to get a reaction out of me and make me feel guilty. I haven’t even talked to them in two months 

-Puppy/daphneishot : Spread multiple rumors about me (that I am still dealing w/), shared a private conversation on there public Instagram permanently, made uncomfy jokes despite being asked to stop, attempted to turn our friends against us, used my friends age against her even though at the timeI had only been 18 for a few months

-larke/Saturne: Constantly targetted me and friends, drained my mental health to the point where i was too afraid to go to sleep or look away from the server in fears that they would kick my friend, jail them or gang up on them ‘as a joke’, invalidated  coping mechanisms and triggers, invalidated their pronouns and certain sexualities, kicked my friend because of her typing style, got their friends to harass many my friends Update: lark and egg played a gross prank on me where they sent me a Dm stating that egg died just to get a reaction out of me and make me feel guilty.
