Shortly after the sudden death of her father and the Mahou team he was a part of, Mahiru Yoshioka becomes the leader of brand new group of magical girls named the “Sweet Treats”. Mahiru wants nothing to do with it or to even be a magical girl in the first place, but she has no choice. She’s been gifted her father's ring, and that’s that!
But soon she begins to discover the dark truth behind what happened to her father and his team, and the mahou in general. Things are not what they seem.....
