if it seems like there’s a bunch of unused characters in my TH I promise they’re not! I’m often very busy with work/school/other life things and get easily drained, when I have time I try to update my account and characters, they often get drawn behind the scenes and I just forget to post them to the characters on here

If you’re a mature locked account I will not be trading my characters to you, or if you plan on mature locking my characters

when given a design made by me you are not allowed to buy just to sell for a higher price, you can not sell over the price they were given to you unless there is added art

you can not resell/retrade unless you have art added, this can be through commissions or your own with time put into it

you can alter designs once you own the character, as long as the original design I made stays on the page

if you lose attachment to a character you can give them back to me or retrade/resell

besides that do whatever you like with my characters, once they’re yours they’re yours.

I'm fine with gore art of my characters

 do not heavily reference my characters or steal them, drawing any of my characters together is fine since nothing I draw ever really has anything to do with their canon stories so characters from completely different universes could be drawn together and I wouldn’t mind 

please do not ship your own characters with mine even as a joke unless you are a close friend as it makes me very much uncomfortable <) also do not put my characters as dreamies, I know characters can be cool but I’d like them to not be in dreamie folders since I’m very attached to my characters and have no plans on selling any, having characters from my adopts folder as dreamies is fine though since they’re of course for sale

if you are 15 or younger do not view my page or interact with me please, I’m not comfortable with younger kids being on my accounts considering the content of some characters, only exceptions are commissions or for character sales/trades etc
