Putting my design TOS in here for now until I get a proper website up and running.

✦ GENERAL

1. Upon purchasing a design from me (whether pre-made or commissioned) you are free to do almost anything with the design. These rules are mostly here for transparency's sake, but I'd still appreciate a proper read-through.
2. When you purchase a design you gain full rights over the design, but I reserve some rights of the original artwork. Please do not profit directly off my artwork (i.e. sell prints or stickers of the artwork), but you are allowed to profit off the design by creating new art, using the original as a reference, i.e. a fursuit or newly drawn merch.
3. You may change the design as you see fit. No limitations. This includes species, markings, body type, gender, etc.
4. Selling, gifting and trading the character are all allowed.
5. Please do not claim the original design as your own work, any edits you made are obviously yours to claim. If someone asks who the (original) designer was, link back to my Toyhouse page.
6. My art, whether that be illustrations or designs, may not under any circumstance be used to train or be used with generative AI. Doing so will result in being permanently blacklisted.
7. I would appreciate it if designs weren't immediately re-sold for with markup (aka flipping). You are allowed to resell the design for an increased price after additional value has been added to the character.
8. Do not refer to my designs as HQ (high quality) or LQ (low quality).

1. I only take payment through PayPal goods & services.
2. I do not do payment plans.
3. Pre-made designs are paid for upfront.
4. Commissioned designs are paid for after I finish the sketch.
5. If I need to cancel your commission, I will give you a full refund of the 50% upfront payment.
6. I do not refund designs after the design has been transferred.

1. Pre-made designs come "as is". I will not make any additional edits to them unless I offer to do so. This has to be agreed upon before the purchase.
2. If a character is up for offer, I will not always take the highest value offer! I probably will go for the offer that appeals to me the most.
3. A full version of the image (with a small, unobtrusive watermark) will be sent along with the character transferal.
