I was wondering if the dog with floppy ears in the cowboy hat and straw in his mouth could be used as a base? 

(Simply for a pfp Icon; It looks like my actual dog so I was just going to color it & give credits! I just wanted to ask first to get actual permission before anything!) If not that's okay!
