I've had a couple of requests to make a ping lists for when my commissions open up next so I figured I'd try and make one! Be warned I am very forgetful so if I forget to ping the first few times I try it out please forgive me <3

This is in my TOS but I get this question almost everyday, I don't take characters as payments!
It's a matter of Copyright and the fact that I have had several people over the years have changed their TOS without telling me and I'd rather make my own characters so I know I won't have to deal with drama!

I have to put this at the top just so no one misses this but I am very slow when reading and I genuinely can't understand what you want if you purposely misspell words to be cute! Please do not do this with me
(ex. Changing R's to W's, like "sowwy" instead of sorry or "colows" instead of colors. Adding things to the end like "iez" so instead of "Claws" it was "clawiez".) I can totally get behind using slang but if I can't Google it I'm not going to understand.
~~ Payments! ~~
- FOR ADOPTS! I DO NOT TAKE CHARACTERS AS TRADES!
- I rarely take art and I only do it if we're mutuals somewhere (I don't follow anyone on this account but it counts for any of my main socials!)
-All payments are in USD. Via Paypal, CashApp, or Venmo!
- I can do invoices!
- Payment must be sent up front!
- If payment is not sent within 48 hours your slot will be lost and reopened for others to grab! If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will put the character back for sale!
- You must be able to send payment within 48 hours! This means holds last up to two days! I rarely do longer!
- If you’re paying with DA points I will send a link to the widget that matches the price of the character! Please send the payment through that and not as a gift!
~~ Designs ~~
- Once I have sent over the character design they are yours to do anything you please! This includes commercial use (Such as print designs, tee-shirts, and all that jazz. But it has to be your art! You own the copyright to the character design, not the art I made! ), Comics, animations, redesign, anything you’d like!
- You can sell the character! If they’re on Toyhouse I’d prefer if they stayed on TH but it isn’t required
~~ Other ~~
- FOR COMMISSIONS OTHER THAN CUSTOMS! CHARACTERS MUST HAVE A FULL REFERENCE/ FULL BODY THAT'S COLORED!! (unless it is a custom! )
THIS IS A REQUIREMENT, PEOPLE OFTEN THINK IT ISN'T!
- If it is a full piece I will always have my small “GloomyTeeth” Watermark in the corner! If it’s a simple sketch I won’t add it but if it’s a full lineless piece it will slightly be there I promise it won’t cover anything important!

- You may not claim my work to be your own, edit, or sell it for redistribution. ( we can talk about extra payments if you'd like to use it for merch!)
- I don't give refunds unless I mess up. For example, if I accidentally sell you a design that has already been sold then I will give you your money back. If the mistake is on your end like if you decide you no longer want the design, I will not give a refund.
- if you offer for something please don't delete the comment! It will result in a blacklist if you do unless you give a reason or it's to fix spelling errors! I can see all of the notifications of deleted and new comments <3
