Crime Above and Below
The land of Inkadia is pretty peaceful with the occasional threat of mass extinction of all sea life. Underneath that chaos is a complex world of crime between sleezy fish who want to make it on top in this new world. Even the local splatbands and college students seem to get mixed up in it all. Under the orders of Cetus and her shady business "Anglers Isle" chaos ensues.
