Welcome to my th!! Just be decent and don't steal my characters and all that stuff, I either put lots of time and/or money into their designs. If there are a few colors you like on a design that *I* made AND own, you may colorpick them. You can offer on any of my ocs, except ones with the "no" tag - I will be extremely tent on many of them though. Please read my TOS (found in ownership) if you're offering on a design I made. Also, if I fav an oc of yours and u don't like it I apologize! If I end up faving another It is not with ill intent, I don't really pay attention to the owner when I fav things.
