> Please do not claim, edit, or distribute my characters anywhere, unless I state otherwise.

> Do NOT use my artwork on social media (as icon, banner, etc.) without proper credit.

> Using my work for NFT or AI purposes is prohibited.

> Do NOT request I send money through the Friends & Family option on PayPal unless we are friends or family. I will otherwise decline the transaction.

> Breaking my TOS may result in being blocked and/or blacklisted.

> All adopts are non-commercial. The client may use the character for personal use and the artist must be credited as the creator of the design. Additional fees may be purchased in order to use commercially.

> Adopts may NOT be used for any copying/tracing/etc.

> By purchasing an adopt, the client is purchasing the rights to the character and the design. The artist retains all rights to the artwork itself.

> The client may trade or resell the adopt for the same price as bought. Personal art and commissioned art can be added to the value, but free/gifted art can not. Do not inflate their worth.

> You may NOT sell a design you obtained through a trade from me unless money was directly involved, or unless personal art or commissioned art is added to the value.

> Do NOT delete my designs, nor the initial artwork of said design. This is solely for record-keeping purposes and to prevent scamming. You're free to transfer the design back to me for holding purposes at any time, but this is not a requirement.

GENERAL RULES

> Once purchased, the client may assign the adopt's 'official' Name, Age, Gender, Pronouns, etc.

> Edits and redesigns of the initial design are allowed, but please do NOT delete the adopt's original design image. You are always welcome to commission me for a complete redesign or minor design changes of an adopt (smaller detail changes may be done for free).

> White-washing human(oid) POC characters is prohibited and will result in a blacklisting.

> My designs may NOT be used for hate speech or offensive imagery of any kind, including but not limited to: racism, pedophilia, zoophilia, LGBTQ-phobia, neo-nazism/alt-right propaganda, etc. This is non-negotiable. Breaking these terms will lead to an automatic blacklisting.

> Payments must be through either PayPal or Ko-fi.

> Commission payments will be paid through an invoice, so please wait until you've received it before paying.

> Base prices may change at any time, but additional fees for complexity and such will always be discussed prior to payment.

> Full refunds will be given only in the instance that I have not begun work on a commission.

> Refunds will not be given once the commission has been finished. This is non-negotiable.

> I reserve the right to cancel and refund a client's commission at any time, for any reason.
