Heya Hellston! Curious question, how do you make your maps? & flags back then? They’re super cool :]

As for making flags; If you are talking "back then" to when I was kid, I was just very lazy and used a website to make some of flags.
But I got better started making my own original flags 2 - 4 years ago. So you might be referring to that.
My general advice is to have an idea of what your country (or thing the flag represents) is about before you make the flag.
Flags are symbols and symbols have meaning. It is supposed to give an idea of what their vibe is.
It doesn't have to be complicated, you could literally be like "These guys are cowboys so they got a cow on their flag".
That type of shit.
If you want a program I just recommend ibis paint or any software where you can use the circle tool is good.
