Introduction |
Albcanin is a large city with high rises and higher crime rates. Even so, it's still quite a surprise when the ACPD discovers corpses beginning to go missing from morgues, one after another. The bodies lose parts and limbs that never seem to turn up ever again. Just who is committing these crimes, and what exactly is their motive?

Intro |
At a glance, Yujin's are some monster out of a horror novel. Wolves in a sheep's wool, hiding among the crowd and waiting for their moment to feast. Yujin's are human in most ways, but they are more than what meets the eye. Yujin roughly translates to "Urge to eat people"
|
How are they created? |
Yujins are created sometimes when a person dies with a strong will to live for something. The reason can be anything from vengence, to wanting the cold pizza in your fridge. As long as the desire is strong enough, a Yujin can be created. The death must be a quick one, like a car crash or a gunshot, or else the process can fail. After death, the pre-yujin's body will not decay, but rather undergo a phenomena known as "The Reincarnation". During the reincarnation, the body's cells begin to rapidly undergo change, becoming stronger and more durable alongside other changes. If the pre-yujin is recessitated after the proccess has begun, they can become a demi-yujin. Demi-yujin's are rarer than regular yujins, and lack some of the qualities of a regular yujin. |
What's the difference between Human and Yujin? |
Yujins may look human, but they are very different from what they used to be. Some differences include: ā¢ Diet: The largest difference between a human and a Yujin, is their diets. Yujins can no longer consume regular foods, and must live off of the flesh and blood of their own species. Yujins only need to eat around once every three weeks. This length varies from Yujin to Yujin, and they will need to feed more if they get injured or exert too much energy. A Yujin's body cannot accept regular foods, and the consumption of them can heavily weaken the body and result in heavy vomitting and sickness. The only normal things a Yujin can stomach would be water and bitter foods (such as dark chocolate or black coffee).ā¢ Regeneration and Durability: Yujins are increibly durable, to the point they can be considered partially immortal. Yujins can recover from devastating and seemingly fatal injuries in astoundingly short time. Yujins have thicker skin that is difficult to pierce and it takes great force to bruise or break their bones. Though, if a Yujin is hungry or starved, they become much weaker and easier to damage and kill. ā¢ Jinketsus: The primary weapon of a yujin is their Jinketsu (Blood Blade). These weapons are blood red extremities that come out of a Yujin's body. They are short-medium range weapons that are typically sharp blades. Commonly, jinketsus are used to coat a yujin's arm and are used as a blade. Though there are other ways to conjure the jinketsu, it can take practice and precision to form a whole new limb as opposed to coating one's arm. |
