Hatsumi's Bulletins

Addressed to PayPal

Posted 8 years, 1 month ago by Hatsumi

Starting from March 21, I was notified that there were Chargebacks issued on my card, and it was several chargebacks listed on Paypal. And of course, this caused my Paypal account to be on a Limitation Review, in which I had to complete. Around April 5 did I complete my Limitation Review, thus returning my account to normal.

Although while my account has gone back to normal, the issues regarding to the chargebacks have not. Ever since March 22, I've contacted my bank to make these Unauthorized Charges into Authorized Charges. And they have stated at first that they will have this finished and all back to normal within 48-72 business hours. I have kept in contact with every single person, and tried to keep them all updated and also cooperated with them by working things out little by little as for most of us including myself, this is a new experience that we're all pulling through together.

The next time which I have contacted my bank, they have stated that the charges would be placed on my account by my next bank statement. So that means the chargeback issue would have been resolved within the next month since that is when my bank statements come in. I do check my account regularly, so when I checked my account on March 29, I noticed some of the charges have been taken out of my account. Then the next day, the remaining few charges have been taken out of my account. Thus, the amount of money that was originally paid to the sellers that was placed into my account when the chargebacks have happened, have now been taken out of my account once again. This was all fine by me, although what worries me is that while the money has been taken out of my account, those payments have not been placed back into the rightful accounts on Paypal. We have all agreed to give it a couple days, and it has been nearly a week ever since the charges have been taken out of my account.

I do realize that these processes do take time, although this is just to inform Paypal and whoever may be reading this, that the duration of the process is preferably, to all of us, to be done with as fast as possible. We have all cooperated and have all been on good-terms with each other. Some have helped me even, and I cannot explain how sorry I am with this situation. In a way, it is quite shameful. Yet, I am trying my best to atone for my mistake. My mistake has been fixed on my part, and all that is left is for the payments to be placed back into the rightful accounts on Paypal.

This by all means, take it as a slight push from several customers to finish the process so we all can cross off one thing off of 'to-do-list' and so everyone can stop worrying about this.

I have been notified that there were some cases that have been solved, and I greatly appreciate this. Again, this is just to notify and reassure everyone, including myself, to hope that this will be resolved without any further issues and complications.

Evidence will be proved below once I have finished uploading and editing out (personal information):
