Casters

Forecasters (otherwise known as Casters for short) are a type of Nunuke that are born with umbrella-like pompoms. From birth and throughout their childhood, their umbrella pompoms are closed at first. They eventually begin to open though once the Caster is able to use their power to manipulate the weather.

Casters can range in their abilities and strength. Some Casters are able to control sunlight in very little amounts and in small distances while others can control rainstorms in large areas. Some might not even have that much control over their weather-like powers at all.

Their hair, iris, and pearl color will typically change colors based on the climate. They also have a pair of fully functioning wings. Interestingly enough, Casters are immune to the side effect of the weather and able to walk around in loose clothing around a blizzard if they wanted to.
