The following Candyfloss characters are from the Psi Clan (or one of their parents were from there) and have the ability to possess the body of another Floss. Their real bodies are limp and vulnerable whenever this happens though, so they require protection whenever they're taking control of someone.

The Psi Clan is a jolly and festive community in the Pagoto Continent. A majority of the population consist of survivors from the Peppermint Virus that had previously broken out in the Zeta Clan. After a cure had been made, these Psi Floss took it upon themselves to settle down in the mountains, where the climate is freezing cold and there are harsh blizzards everyday. They all have an immunity to the cold and are usually sensitive to heat.

The Psi have also founded a new industry and are the world’s leading ice cream excavators, especially since the mountains they're surrounded by are full of that stuff. They'll package and export these frozen delicacies for the other clans to enjoy.

(As for any Psi characters that aren't Peppermintfloss, which is possible when one of the parents has a different flavor, they'll usually have to live elsewhere since they're not as immune to the cold.)
