Seeing I use character creation to in some way cope yep, although you won’t definitely be expecting something like SA from me. I do tend to gravitate towards darker subjects especially death, grief and trauma, I will try to give a character a more proper warning if a characters bio is goes into heavy detail on those subjects or any other common triggers.
