Howdy! Thanks for asking! I don't mind color picking from my characters that I designed myself (under creator tag "HopefulZero"), provided that design itself isn't replicated/duplicated/copied. However, I don't feel comfortable giving the okay on color picking characters I own made by other designers, or my designs that are owned by other people. 

If you had a specific character in mind, you're welcome to send me a message to clarify and I can let you know if it's cool or not. ;w;b
