~Anyone in the folder "Forever Homed" are not up for sale or offers. Everyone there is currently permanently homed with me.

~Never use/"take"/steal any of my characters, even if it appears that a character is "not being used". I can assure you that they are. Almost all my characters are being used in projects for video games, comics, merch, and so on. My spouse and I are a small company that are trying to create video games, comics, and other kinds of work on our own. Coding, art, story plot, even voice acting, is all being done by the two of us and sometimes friends who have talents in areas we're lacking. Even if YOU don't see more than a ref or a couple pieces of art, I can promise you there is a LOT more going on behind the scenes that you can't see.

~Fanart/Gift art is 1000% okay and appreciated! My only request is to please be sure not to "lewd" any characters that not marked as 18+/NSFW! I do have some characters who are minors, so please be sure to check tags. Feel free to ask me questions if you aren't sure! (AND THANK YOU IF YOU MAKE ANYTHING, I LOVE YOU ALL)

~There is NSFW/18+ content on this account! I have (personal and for sale) characters, artwork, YCHs, adopts and more that are 18+/NSFW. I

Any 18+/NSFW contents that is for sale will require ID to buy! I must be able to get verification that you are 18 years or older or you will not be allowed to buy anything 18+/NSFW from me. If you attempted to get around this, such as using an ID that isn't yours or try to push to not have to verify your age, and I find out, I will block and blacklist you permanently.

I do this not just for your safety, but mine as well. I don't want to give 18+ content to minors, because A) that's disgusting and B) that's illegal. I can get in a LOT of trouble for someone trying to get around this and buy NSFW content before they are legally allowed to.

The law goes by my location, not yours. So even if where you live says you can have NSFW stuff earlier than 18, the laws I'm under do not. So please respect that, and me.
