If I put a character up for free they're free, "may I claim" comments are the least you can put, I don't put WTAs up cause I honestly don't care what you do with the character as long as you don't delete the profile or give them away/trade them within a week of getting them. I also don't care how many free OCs you ask for, they're free so they can be taken by someone who wants them.
