I guess it was about time I posted something like this on here, considering all of my adopts can be found here?
This is a WIP, so I may alter or add things over time. Though, if you own (or plan to) a design from me, the rules still apply at any time.


1. - Designs can not be re-sold for a higher price than they were purchased for, unless they come with extra art.
1.2 - Designs can only be re-sold for the currency  they were purchased with [Pokeheroes currency like PD or Nuggets, USD or EUR - I keep track of this.].
This also applies when extra art of the character was bought with real currency [value has to be converted into the site´s currency in this case - USD to Nugget convertion shall work the best].
1.3 - Pokeheroes users that have me blocked [or that are blocked by me] may not be allowed to get designs/art by me, simply for the reason that the whole transaction process requires
personal interaction, which - in this case - is impossible, and not wanted from both sides anyway. This also applies to characters that need to be re-homed/re-sold at any point, which is
why I´d like to be informed beforehand whom you´re planning to home/sell a design from me to.

2. -   Designs that come with a name can not be re-named.
2.1 - The general concept of a design can not be changed or altered.
2.2 - The owner can not heavily alter/change the design. Small changes, such as adding accessories, items, a scar or similar are okay as long as they match the design´s concept.

3. -   My art can not be posted outside of toyhouse! (Linking to a specific artwork that was made by me and is uploaded to a character´s gallery on here is okay)
3.1 - The owner has to credit me for both, design and artwork when uploading their new character to their toyhou.se page.

Not following any of the above rules at any point will result in you being excluded from any form of adoptable auction/commission slots forever.
