• You can gift and trade the designs. But you cannot resell them, since you received it for free. (Unless you have commissioned arts, then you can resell it for whatever comm value it has) 

• For personal use in general. But you may use it for commercial use if you want to. 

• Don't credit yourself as the designer. You know its not true.
