Philo is Whitefly’s twin brother, he loves chatting and going out with Whitefly. Philo is the louder one out of the two of them and tends to give Whitefly a hard time, but means no harm.
Whitefly is Philo’s twin brother, they’re very close. He has leucism and nystagmus, Philo is generally the person who helps him with things he struggles with due to his vision impairments.
