[General]

• All designs are for personal use only.
• All designs are for personal use only.
• You can give the name, personality, clothes, or gender.
• Can edit design but not allow to edit the original work.
• Credit original work if you edit the design.
• Can re-sell at a price lower than or equal to the purchase price. Commissions prices can be included.
• I am not allowed to create twin or duplicate characters from my design.
• No co-ownership is allowed.
• Can trade/OTA/DTA

[CLOSE SPECIES]

• You cannot create your own, except you create from MYO.
• A minor edit is accepted. (ex. hairstyle, cloth, body type) but not allowed to edit the original work.
• You are not allowed to edit MAJOR designs such as CS identities, change/add CS traits, main color, or any detail that makes a new design different from the original design completely.
• If you want to change/upgrade traits, please notify me and we can discuss changing.
• You can make an alternate version of NON-CS ONLY. But when you sell/trade you cannot design separately.
• You must notify me if you wish to transfer the adoptable of my CS to another CS. You will not be able to use any traits from my CS. The design will be permanently removed from the Master list, and you are not allowed to transfer the original files or any art that relates to my close species to the new owner.

[MYO]

[Auction]

• Reply from the highest bidder.
• Do not delete the bid comment or change the price lower, 
• You can bid for your friends, but the bidder must intend to bid from start to end and have to pay full payment.

• Auction time increased by 30 minutes. If there are people who bid 5 minutes before the time expires

[Payment]

• Payment must be done within 48 hours. When the auction ends
• I accept payment plans only when the value of the work is more than 200 USD for not more than 2 months.
• For the payment plan must pay 50% of the full price
• If not paid within the specified time, adoption will be put up for re-sold.
• After the payment has been paid the full amount. I will send a picture without a watermark to the buyer.
• I do not accept refunds.

[Transferring ownership]

• For CS the current owner must inform me whenever to change the owner.
• The owner of the adoptable will be listed on the Master list and will retain the person named on that list as the current owner.
• A traded adoptable has no more monetary value unless the current owner has commissioned art for the design.

[Artwork right]

• I have a full right over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork (with a watermark) on the site and part of my portfolio.
• Do not claim the design or artwork as yours.
• Not allowed to edit, trace, or redraw.
• Not allowed to sell and make merchandise.
• Don't sell/mint in NFT.
• Give credit as Jia_Hui01

[Blacklist]

• My blacklist and I are not allowed to sell or trade my design and art from blacklist names. If any person sells to them, the name of the seller/trader will be put on the blacklist too.
