In a world were most mythical creatures are referred to as ghouls. For many years Ghouls would normally only be seen in rare photos or deep on a certain island. In recent years Ghouls have been seen much more and have even been rumored to taken all but two people in a small town. Akashi and his mother (Yvette) were those two people. Yvette now has a deep hatred for all ghouls and moves to the island were there are the most ghouls. Akashi had always been a sickly child. But since moving to the island strange things have happened to him. One of the most worrying is a nagging feeling of hunger that never seemed to go away no matter what
