Hello! This is my full TOS (Terms of Service) Agreement that all of my customers acknowledge and are expected to adhere to regardless of reason, setting, or time post purchase/commission of my intellectual property regardless of whether they read this agreement or not. This agreement is effective immediately after any and all business is conducted no exceptions. This includes all designs, original characters/concepts, or characters that I have created or take ownership of.
Requesting Custom Commission Work:
If you want to commission me for art/design work outside of my Your Character Here, Adopts, and other non custom designs, I am more than happy to see if I can do it for you! This is what I would need in order to complete the best piece possible for you:
- A good reference: Photos, Descriptions, Ref Sheets, Etc.
- What the piece would entail.
- Level of detail: Is It Sketched? Lined? Colored? Shaded?
Please also allow for a timeline TBD upon quote.
Non Custom Commission Work:
If you would like to request one of my Your Character Here, Adopts, or On Base Commissions (includes on base ref sheets) I will need the following to complete the piece for you:
- What Your Character Here, Adopts, or On Base Commission you would like.
- A good reference: Photos, Descriptions, Ref Sheets, Etc for the character/s you want in the piece.
Please Allow at least 48-72 hours upon payment is received for the piece to be completed.
Video Recording Disclosure:
For copyright protection reasons I screen record every piece I create for every commission, non commission, base, character etc. that I create. I am the sole owner of this intellectual property and I reserve the right to post it on my social media (primarily TikTok), and all those who commission me are able to see their piece as a example of my professional portfolio.
