Alcarres

One of Vellenice's neighboring towns. Like Vellenice, Alcarres has a strange situation like the eternal rain, but instead of rain it's Night Walkers. As soon as Night falls, Alcarres' street lamps light up and all lock their doors, no one leaving at night. Unlocked places let the ghostly army of Night Walkers permeate, leading to undiscriminated murders. Other than that, Alcarres is known as a town with a good market and luxurious mansions.
