Late into the night, an abandoned research facility once owned by Shield Products exploded into flames. Residents of the forest have not witnessed it, but recall hearing an explosion around 1 AM that was loud enough to wake them up. There was no attempt to search the premise until the morning of.

Once authorities sought out the property and searched for the cause of the explosion, it was revealed that an underground research experiment was in operation. Police and a forensics team uncovered ruins of charred lab equipment, files detailing gruesome trials, and some of the remains of dead children. A forensics team was issued to research the remains of the children. Police and investigators slaved in the cramped ruins of the lab to find the main root of the entire operation.

Hours of digging later and reading through files locked away in heat-safe cabinets, a conclusion was drawn. The culprit to this unethical experimentation pointed to a long-since-missing proffessor by the name of Giovanni Seymour.

Further evidence shows that he was also an illegal time-user, using his abilities to experiment on children. Where the origins of these childrens come from?
