Project GENEsis
 | After the boom of space exploration, humanity left Earth behind and settled across the galaxies. Forging alliances with several other alien races, they formed the United Galactic Alliance, designating Adelphi as their capital planet. Thus began a new era of prosperity and technological advancement. However, the peaceful times were not to last as the Alliance found itself embroiled in a violent conflict with the power-hungry Sercaprian, while their territories were encroached upon by a mysterious and terrifying new threat. To give humanity an edge in the warfare against its technologically superior enemies, Project GENEsis was developed to create and train clones to become the perfect superhuman soldier. With its new clone army, the Alliance was able to drive away the last of the Sercaprian fleet, establishing an uneasy truce between the two civilizations. Yet, in an unexpected turn of events, the clone soldiers instigated a rebellion against their human creators to seek freedom. Meanwhile, in the Undercities of Adelphi, civil unrest grows against the planet's autocratic military regime. |
